DIRECT PRIMARY CARE- $120 MONTHLY
Direct Primary Care is a membership-based healthcare model that allows patients to receive more personalized, accessible care outside of the traditional insurance model. Rather than billing insurance for each visit, members pay a flat monthly fee that includes unlimited primary care visits, priority scheduling, discounted self-pay labs, and exclusive savings on supplements, skincare, and aesthetic services. This approach allows for more time with your provider, transparent pricing, and a stronger focus on preventive and relationship-based care.
LASER MEMBERSHIP- $300 MONTHLY
Our Laser Membership is designed for patients looking for consistent, long-term skin rejuvenation and maintenance through NeuvaDerm laser skin resurfacing treatments. Membership includes a monthly light face and neck resurfacing treatment. Memberships also include select backbar skincare products used in conjunction with treatments to help support healing and optimize results. Optional PRP, PDRN, or exosome regenerative add-ons are also available for patients seeking enhanced rejuvenation and recovery benefits.

Total with Chest Add-On: $400 per month
Membership is intended for maintenance treatments of the face and neck. Body treatment areas are not included in the membership program.
